When it comes to coaching, the steps you take are decided by you, the client. This means you have control over the pace of your progress. Coaching does demand effort and commitment from you, as you’re the one driving the change. Sarah works with clients who are ready to make changes and are consistent in taking action after sessions. In your welcome pack, there will be a questionnaire to gauge your readiness for change. Sometimes, clients may find it hard to complete their action steps for various reasons, which we can discuss during sessions. However, if you consistently miss your action steps and it’s affecting your progress, we may need to reassess our agreement.
